Monster Art is here!

New art is rolling in and Charles has really outdone himself. Without giving too much away, we wanted to share a few pieces.

Adventures!

We're only waiting on one adventure from our Stretch Goal writers, and we have a few which have been reassigned. The amazing diversity included in these mission folios display the flexibility of the rules in Never Going Home, and will provide your group with tons of fun game sessions.

The adventures are all so good and we want to make sure that anyone diving into the game can get their feet wet, so we're going to be shifting one or two more topical adventures from Once More Unto the Breach and directing them into the Tome of Corrupted Beasts and the Book of Whispers adding more value to those books. We can't wait for you all to see these products!

Moving towards completion!

As I write this, the Narrator's Screen for Never Going Home is in layout and the art has been completed. The final art is below. Additional art assets are going to be in for initial review by the end of the weekend as Charles continues to crush everything put before him. We can't wait for you all to see the amazing art he's working on to add to the game and the stunning elements of the Fate deck. 

The final edits of the missions from "Once More Unto the Breach" are all coming in, and we're almost ready to put a bow on those, compiling them for layout. 

Core book is getting ready to go to editing and we'll be inserting the final art assets once any revisions have been made. We're not expecting to have to make many changes from what we've seen of the art already sent, so this should be a pretty quick process. We'll be showing off some of that as they come in. 

The we should hopefully have the dice in hand by the time of the next update, so we'll be able to show those off too! 

All in all, this is very much on track and we're getting really excited. We hope you are too. 

Character Journal, Mission Folios, and more!

Character Journals are in!

We received the proofs of the character journal, and it looks fantastic. So many little details were thrown in, and we know they'll be a fun and useful addition to your table tops. We have a brief video up on YouTube looking at the quality and content, but we'll be taking a more robust look at all of the content once everything comes in.

Mission Folios

We're waiting on a few of the first drafts, but we actually have a number of designers who have already taken the feedback we provided and wrapped up their assignments. We're already a third of the way through with all of those Mission Folios you all unlocked during the campaign, and going strong. We can't wait for you all to get those in your hands to start playing around in the setting, and some of you will even be able to play in these games with the people who designed them if you manage to get into any of the Never Going Homes games at GenCon!

Character Journal and BackerKit update

BackerKit

First and foremost, we want to remind everyone to finish your BackerKit surveys if you haven't done so already. They surveys close on the 28th and we still have a few outstanding. If you have any questions please let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Character Journal

Next on the agenda is sending the character journal to print. It looks amazing and we wanted to show off the wonderful work done by our layout professional. Keep in mind, each 5x8 journal will have eight (8) character sheets and blank and lined pages for notes, maps, sketches, haunted/insane scribblings etc. The core book will also have a character sheet and we will make one available as a free pdf download, so please note there will be plenty of options for you. 

Please be on the lookout for some special art previews from the Fate Card deck in the next update.
